OVERVIEW:

Reach Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and develop long-term relationships with our clients. This role works closely with internal teams, including our Strategy, Creative and Talent teams, to lead and develop award-winning campaigns that deliver on our client’s objectives, influence and entertain consumers and lead to new opportunities for the agency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and oversee assigned clients and campaigns from start to finish including client briefing, creative & strategic feedback, casting POV, creative production, and campaign management 
  • Collaborate and serve as a key liaison across internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Talent) to ensure smooth communication and deliver our best work against the client brief 
  • Prepare, communicate, and manage project plans and timelines with the ability to balance multiple work streams and timelines 
  • Develop internal briefs and oversee campaign development, execution and follow-up including owning and maintaining documents to support talent tracking on behalf of the client 
  • Provide perspective on campaign strategies, creator casting, creative review, and campaign reporting.
  • Own internal budget, scope and resource allocation documents, serving as the responsible party for accurate operational excellence related to your assigned accounts
  • Work closely with our Operations team to manage client invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner 
  • Stay up to date on digital, social and influencer marketing principles, and assist in creating agency POVs or other work to be presented to the client as needed
  • Exhibit excellence in day-to-day and strategic communications between the client and our agency team, including organized document sharing and file management 
  • Understand and support in the management of client budgets & financial processes
  • Other duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in digital marketing, ideally at a creative or influencer agency, interfacing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to make recommendations to our client partners based on their goals and industry best practices
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • A deep passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platforms

This is a full-time position that typically would be based at the Reach Agency offices in Venice, CA, USA. Due to COVID-19, the position is currently remote based on West Coast hours.
