  • Collaborate with strategy, production, and operations teams to identify pain points and build scalable solutions.
  • Document your tools and present your work to stakeholders across departments.

What You Bring:

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; experience working with APIs, LLMs, or automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and building tools that improve business processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Get:

  • The chance to ship real tools used by teams and clients.
  • Exposure to the business side of social, marketing, and creator strategy.
  • Mentorship from Reach’s cross-functional leadership, including both engineers and marketers.
  • A front-row seat to how AI is shaping the future of media and marketing.
