OVERVIEW:

Reach Agency is looking for a Project Manager to ensure key CPG client projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality by driving coordination across Reach Agency’s internal teams. This role requires strong project management expertise: tracking timelines, aligning resources, managing workflows, and anticipating risks to ensure smooth cross-functional execution. The Project Manager will oversee influencer marketing and social content creation projects on behalf of clients, acting as the operational backbone across internal teams. While this role is primarily internally focused, it may also provide client-facing support in partnership with the Client Services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  • Lead day-to-day project management for multiple concurrent campaigns from kickoff through delivery and wrap.
  • Own project schedules, milestones, and workflows; proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Client Services and Operations to develop scopes, budgets, and staffing allocations.
  • Ensure Creative, Strategy, Talent, and Production teams are aligned on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Recommend and implement project management tools, processes, and documentation practices to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Oversee coordination with third-party vendors, contractors, and production partners as needed.
  • Track all approvals (legal, client, talent) to keep projects moving forward.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication and accountability across teams by running status meetings and issuing clear updates.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve potential blockers through proactive relationship building with colleagues.
  • Own the organization of project documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to account leadership on resource planning, workflow efficiencies, and budget oversight.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Participate in inter-agency calls or client meetings when project management support is required.
  • Support the client approval process by managing timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverable tracking.
  • Provide clear communication to Client Services partners to ensure timely, accurate client updates.
  • Approach client-related tasks with a solutions-oriented mindset that prioritizes efficiency and clarity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies, with proven success overseeing complex, multi-workstream projects. Experience working with gifting, seeding, and sampling programs a bonus.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across creative, strategy, talent, and production disciplines.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, ClickUp) and confidence in introducing new tools/processes when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and track project budgets, staffing allocations, and scopes of work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate client goals into clear internal workflows and make strategic recommendations.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and drive projects forward.
  • A passion for social media, influencer marketing, and emerging cultural trends.
