OVERVIEW
Reach Agency is looking for a hands-on senior creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, influencer culture, and social craft. As a Senior Creative & Content Specialist, you’ll lead creative execution across influencer campaigns and social-first content for one of our flagship beauty and personal care brands.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of creative ideas from concept through execution, shaping campaign narratives, crafting influencer briefs, and guiding creators toward content that feels authentic, beautiful, and culturally relevant. You will primarily work across influencer activations (including always on, content series, and seeding). You'll also support organic social and bespoke productions as needed, collaborating with creative leadership and mentoring junior teammates along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Campaign Execution (Primary)
- Lead creative development, execution and quality of influencer campaigns across multiple creators and content formats
- Write and present strategic, inspiring influencer briefs that inspire strong storytelling and authentic brand alignment
- Partner directly with influencers to co-develop, refine, and finalize content concepts
- Review and provide detailed feedback on influencer content, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to brand voice and visual standards
- Partner with the Talent and Strategy teams to ensure creator selection aligns with creative intent
- Collaborate with Strategy, Talent, and Production to ensure seamless campaign delivery from concept through final post
- Concept, pitch and execute bespoke product seeding kits – collaborating with external production partners to execute efficiently and effectively
Creative Development (Secondary)
- Own the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring ideas ladder up to brand objectives and platform strategy across influencer activations (and organic social and bespoke productions when necessary)
- Routinely brainstorm influencer content, including (but not limited to) singular posts, seeding/gifting opportunities, and tentpole campaigns
- Translate brand and cultural insights into compelling creative concepts, decks, and concepts
- Lead and be accountable for brainstorms and cross-functional review sessions, taking ownership of next steps aligned with project goals
- Contribute to new business pitches and proactive creative opportunities with forward-thinking ideas
- Stay ahead of emerging beauty trends, creator formats, and social behaviors — regularly bringing inspiration and new approaches to the team
Organic Social (Tertiary - As Needed)
- Concept, write, and produce platform-native content across social channels
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers on calendars, tone, and creative direction
- Participate in social content shoots and contribute to lo-fi or UGC capture when needed
- Apply a deep understanding of community insights, beauty culture, and platform trends to everyday content creation
- Integrate creative performance learnings into future work to continuously raise the bar
Bespoke Production (Tertiary - As Needed)
- Co-lead shoots and creative productions, ensuring every deliverable aligns with the approved vision, from pre-production planning to on-set execution
- Capture or direct content to ensure storytelling aligns with creative intent
- Collaborate with editors and designers to finalize content that meets Reach’s creative standards
- Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables across projects and workstreams
- Oversee post-production to ensure final assets meet agency creative and brand standards
Leadership & Collaboration
- Present creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity
- Mentor junior staff, guiding them through creative development, content reviews, and client communication
- Champion cross-workstream collaboration—connecting creative, strategy, and account for seamless delivery and recommending ways to make processes more efficient and seamless
- Support the ACD in fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and innovation across the pod
- Champion the use of AI powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- 5–7 years of experience in social-first creative, influencer marketing, or branded content
- Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, or personal care categories — with a passion for purpose-driven storytelling
- Design or art direction sensibility for decks, seeding kits, and content layouts
- Proven ability to concept and produce content that performs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Experience managing influencer creative processes end-to-end — from briefing to final post.
- Strong writing, concepting, and presentation skills
- Skilled in lo-fi content capture and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva)
- A collaborative, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced creative environments
