OVERVIEW:
Reach Agency is looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Account Coordinator to support our expanding client service team. This role assists in developing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, working across internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered in a timely and successful manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the management of assigned client relationships with the aim of delivering above & beyond on behalf of your client
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Talent) to ensure smooth communication and to improve on process and output
- Own meeting coordination, notes capturing, and follow ups for your clients and projects
- Review client briefs and assist with campaign development, including strategy and casting presentation
- Assist in campaign execution, including project timeline development / management, and delivering campaign updates to the brand
- Ensure all internal and external project management tracking resources are regularly up to date and all project materials are organized
- Support the creative review process internally and externally
- Support the campaign reporting process including collection of analytics and development of report decks
- Develop strong internal relationships across all teams
- Assist in creating agency POVs or other work to be presented to the client
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally at a creative or influencer agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and resourceful work style
- A deep passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platforms
This is a full-time position that typically would be based at the Reach Agency offices in Venice, CA, USA. Due to COVID-19, the position is currently remote, but ideally looking for local LA-based candidates who can manage West Coast hours.
