OVERVIEW:
Reach Agency is looking for a hands-on senior creative who thrives at the intersection of social storytelling, influencer marketing, and design. As Senior Creative & Content Specialist, you’ll lead creative execution across in-house organic social and influencer-led content creation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of creative ideas from concept through execution, shooting and editing social content, crafting influencer briefs, and guiding creators toward content that’s on-brief, authentic, and culturally relevant.
You’ve built brands through scroll-stopping ideas and aren’t afraid to show up in front of the camera when needed. You’re a nimble, strategic thinker who knows what works on each platform — and how to turn insights into bold, entertaining content that gets people to care. You’ve juggled multiple clients, concepted across brands, and brought social media to life with voice, vision, and versatility. You champion creative excellence, push for innovation, and believe great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Most importantly, you don’t just keep up with the speed of social — you outpace it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social First Creative Development
- Own the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring ideas ladder up to brand objectives and platform strategy across organic social and influencer activations
- Translate brand and cultural insights into compelling creative ideas and presentations
- Regularly concept, develop, and produce a range of social media posts for assigned brands across platforms and brands
- Work autonomously, owning both internal and client-facing creative decks (including the design of those decks) from concept to delivery
- Ensure high-quality creative output at every stage of development from concept through execution, and be accountable for the end deliverables
- Develop and guide consistent art direction across brand social channels and posts
- Regularly integrate external creators and influencers into creative concepts and executions
- Keep a finger on the pulse of community, consumer behavior, culture, lifestyle, and social trends to consistently champion highly relevant creative
- Assist the Social Media Manager in proactive and reactive engagement/comment copy
- Assist the Creative Team in concepting, developing, and pitching new business outside of always-on social
Content Creation & Production
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager on social strategy and creative direction.
- Concept, write, shoot and edit compelling platform-native content across social channels.
- Edit photos and videos from in-house shoots (light motion/FX required)
- Concept and design compelling visual social posts across platforms
- Collaborate with production teams when available, giving direction to creative specialists, including directors, editors, designers, etc.
- Apply a deep understanding of social media, culture, creative formats, and platform trends to everyday content creation.
- Integrate creative performance learnings into future work to continuously raise the bar.
Influencer Content Execution
- Lead creative development, execution and quality of influencer programming across multiple creators and content formats
- Write and present strategic, inspiring influencer briefs that inspire strong storytelling and authentic brand alignment.
- Partner directly with influencers to co-develop, refine, and finalize content concepts.
- Review and provide detailed feedback on influencer content, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to brand voice and visual standards.
- Partner with the Talent and Strategy teams to ensure creator selection aligns with creative intent.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Talent, and Production to ensure seamless campaign delivery from concept through final post.
- Concept, pitch and execute bespoke product seeding kits – collaborating with external production partners to execute efficiently and effectively.
Team Management
- Present creative ideas to internal stakeholders and executive level clients with confidence and clarity.
- Champion cross-workstream collaboration—connecting creative, strategy, and account for seamless delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams with the goal of improving processes and delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Support the team in fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and innovation
- Champion the use of AI powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- 5+ years of experience concepting and creating social-first campaigns for brands — ideally in an agency setting
- Proven knowledge and passion for social platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and more
- Strong art direction and design sensibility coupled with an ability to write for social
- Strong content capture and video editing skills, including light FX/graphics (think CapCut FX)
- A deep curiosity and understanding of consumers and consumer behavior and what it takes to move them to action
- Mastery in ideating social media concepts that help brands break through and connect
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work across different brands with different audiences – experience with Gen Z brands a huge plus
- Experience working with a variety of creative software including the Adobe Suite, CapCut, Google Slides, Microsoft Office suite and Keynote
- Ability to work fast and efficiently — we need someone who leaves the speed of social in their dust
- Experience in CPG food + bev is a plus!
